Can I evaluate the Service before subscribing?

Yes. The free tier provides full access to core functionality including the 3D globe, city comparison, and link sharing. No credit card or account creation is required. We recommend using the free tier to confirm the Service meets your needs before upgrading.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including unused subscription time or partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time, and your Pro access continues through the end of your current billing cycle. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

What happens to my shared links if I cancel?

All previously shared links remain functional indefinitely. Anyone can view a shared board regardless of their subscription status. The free-tier limitation applies only to the number of cities you can actively compare on your own board.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch billing cycles at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. When upgrading from monthly to annual, you will be credited for any remaining time on your current monthly period.

How is my payment processed?

All payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, a PCI-compliant payment platform. Timezone Explorer never receives, processes, or stores your credit card or bank details.
