Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policy summary

All purchases of Timezone Explorer Pro subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or feature dissatisfaction. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period.

1. Free Tier

The free tier of Timezone Explorer requires no payment and no commitment. You may use the free tier indefinitely to evaluate the Service before making a purchase decision. We encourage all users to fully explore the free tier before upgrading to Pro.

Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time using either of the following methods:

  1. Log in to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link provided in your original subscription confirmation email) and select "Cancel Subscription."
  2. Send a cancellation request to hello@timezoneexplorer.com from the email address associated with your subscription.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will not receive a separate notification before each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated via the website at least 30 days before taking effect. Price increases will not apply to your current billing period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Service immediately and permanently. We encourage you to contact us at hello@timezoneexplorer.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute.

In the event of a verified technical error resulting in duplicate charges or billing for a subscription that was not successfully provisioned, we will issue a correction. To report a billing error, contact hello@timezoneexplorer.com with your transaction details within 14 days of the charge.
